Data and purposes
This site presents Arte delle Api, Mela Guillén’s handmade arts and crafts shop. When you use the shop, we process your chosen products, quantities and delivery country to maintain a basket and prepare checkout. For purchases, we retain the order’s items and prices, contact and delivery details, payment references and status, purchased maker and care information, fulfillment and tracking details, and any refund or dispute records. These records support the purchase, delivery, customer service and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Authorized store managers also use sign-in, access and catalog records to manage the shop.
Stripe hosts payment checkout and receives the information needed to process payment and delivery details. This website does not collect payment-card numbers in its own forms. Hosting and security services process technical request and security records to operate and protect the site. If you contact us directly, we use the message and details you provide to respond. Applicable grounds include the contract or pre-contractual steps you request, legitimate interests in secure operation and support, and legal obligations.
Cookies and external links
A necessary first-party cookie remembers your basket and provides access to your orders for up to 90 days. Clearing it or changing browsers removes that browser’s order access; it does not delete the underlying order. Essential cookies also support store-manager sign-in and abuse prevention. Stripe’s checkout is governed by its own cookie and privacy information.
The platform may use necessary technical cookies, including temporary signals to prevent abuse. This page uses no advertising cookies, analytics cookies or third-party tracking pixels. Social links lead to external services governed by their own terms and privacy notices; this page does not embed their feeds or pixels.

Retention and rights
Technical data is kept for a limited operational period for security and site operation. Order, payment, fulfillment and dispute records are retained for transaction administration and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Messages are kept while handling the enquiry and for applicable recordkeeping obligations; data is then deleted or anonymized unless legal obligations, disputes or backup cycles require longer retention.
